Sweet Potato, Carrot & Parsnip Purée

This sweet potato, parsnip and carrot purée combines 3 nutrient-dense root veggies into a deliciously sweet purée your little one will absolutely love. A perfect recipe to make, especially in Autumn!

Portions: 6 x 60ml/2oz


1 sweet potato
1 carrot
1 parsnip


  1. Peel, wash and chop your vegetables.
  2. Steam for about 10 minutes until tender and cooked through.
  3. Blend with some of the cooking water to form a runny purée.
  4. Store in your weaning pots and freeze extras for future use.
