30 baby portions

8 apples
75g fresh or frozen blueberries


  1. Peel, wash, core and chop you apples.
  2. Steam for about 10 minutes until tender and cooked through.
  3. Add in the blueberries about 5 minutes into the cooking time.
  4. Blend with some of the cooking water to form a runny purée.
  5. Store in your weaning pots and freeze extras for future use.
