Cook time: No cooking required
Makes: 4 Adult portions

Ingredients
200g tin of chickpeas, drained
Small handful of coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
Juice of 1 lime
4 Tbsp tahini

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve with chopped vegetables and enjoy!

Weaning and Storage
6 months+ – Use as a dip for finger foods such as chopped vegetables or Baked Falafels.
