Makes: 4 Adult portions
200g tin of chickpeas, drained
Small handful of coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
Juice of 1 lime
4 Tbsp tahini
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Serve with chopped vegetables and enjoy!
